Gerhard Roth’s goal is to find the expression and fruit of the grape in the glass. In addition, each wine shows its origin through a strong terroir character. None of the white wines undergo any enrichment (chaptalisation) and they are usually fermented with their own yeasts. Roth has also made a name for itself with dense yet charming red wines. In recent years, the company has been completely structurally changed and switched to natural materials.
