Im Weingut Roth wird bereits seit 1974 der ökologische Weinbau gepflegt. Warme Gipskeuperböden gepaart mit dem günstigen Kleinklima am Fuß des Schwanbergs ermöglichen alljährlich überdurchschnittliche Weine.

Gerhard Roth’s goal is to find the expression and fruit of the grape in the glass. In addition, each wine shows its origin through a strong terroir character. None of the white wines undergo any enrichment (chaptalisation) and they are usually fermented with their own yeasts. Roth has also made a name for itself with dense yet charming red wines. In recent years, the company has been completely structurally changed and switched to natural materials.
